Im 17 and im in the usa IlligalI been here since i was 3 so i been here for now 15 years i was not detained by Immigration when i came here i have no criminal recored. Ok i have a friend who was telling me about EB-5 his dad is a wealthyman he made his millions Running his Business and wants me to work in his Company when his sun takes over so he said that he would give the proper Capital that i need in order to Invest as a Gift. He is almost like my second father i known my friend since i was 10 and his family thats way he is willing to do that for me. My question is can i do it i will also consider Deffered Action

Talk to a local experienced immigration attorney to see if you even quality for DACA to begin with. The requirements are very strict as to time, criminal background, etc.

Deffered Action/How can i prove that i was HERE on june/15/2012

Okay so i meet all the requirements perfectly Except Proveing that i was here On June/15/12

the reason is that since im Just 17 i dont have Many things like a house,car,Bills ect so i dont have anything under my name that was mailed or send under My name and i was on school vacation so also no attendance records.The only thing is that i also at that time I didnt have a phone because my mother has bad credit so she couldnt get one for me so my aunt got it for me on My Birthday wich is on June 20 five days later when obama put the policy out But it was Online so the phone came five days later on the 25 my name does appear on the bill under User and i made calls the same day i got it on June 25 can i use that as proof 🙁 Please help

A drug test is not included, but if you get into legal trouble for current drug use, that may show up on the background test that will be conducted and that will affect you negatively far into the future.

A DACA filing is a one shot deal so you want to be as thorough as possible. You'll want to sit down with an attorney who will explain to you what forms you should bring on your next visit back - financial statements, transcripts, birth certificate and so on.

My name has an extra letter in my passport compared to my birth cert. (DACA/Deferred Action)

For example: on my birth certificate the name is correct Tom Gun William

on my passport it's Tom Gunn William

is this a problem? should I put one that is wrong (Passport) as an alias used in the application? Even though I never used that name other than when the passport was created in 1993

Variations of the kind described may cause delays. It would be wise to correct and standardize all documents before submitting them forward.

For the DACA , do I send two separate money order one for the biometric fee, and one for the filing fee for I-765?

Or just one money order including both the biometric fee and filing fee?

I just wanted to make sure.

You can submit two checks - one for $380 and one for $85, OR you can send one check for $465.

The fee cannot be waived.

i have been living 6 years continuously , and where it asks for a i-94 RECORD , does it mean the actual document or the record? i had one when i came but one of my family memebers returmed it when they were in mexico and i dont know if i shoud put yes or no

You can apply to DACA without it, or you can request a replacement if it is not expired. Talk to a local experienced attorney so they can review your particular facts.

What happens in mediation? What happens if i cant attend mediation? Is there a consequence to it?

The day i have mediation is the day i start my job and i cant miss my first day of work or else i loose the job. i am not going to fight her fathers request on visitation time, i agree with what he is requesting. im just worried if i can get fined or anything bad can happen if i dont attend mediation.

If you were ordered to attend mediation, then yes, you can be fined. Contact the mediation department and see if they can reschedule after you explain your circumstances.

Do I need to sign my name in blue ink for my DACA application?

I have filled my entire application with black ink.
